Terms of service & policies.
Please take the time to read ALL of the following policies prior to scheduling an appointment.
Please use your real name when booking to avoid confusion or booking issues AND CANCELLATION.
Please be sure to add on any additional services in the drop-down tab before completing your booking. I will not make accommodations for unreserved services.
Certain styles such as two-strand twists, curls and extended ponytails, are not included and have a price difference.
IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL OR HAVE ANY SIGNS OF BEING UNWELL, PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
OUT OF STATE APPOINTMENTS/ TRAVEL FEE:
ALL FIRST TIME OUT OF STATE CLIENTS WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR TRAVEL FEE IN FULL! AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT IS MADE. THIS CAN BE PAID VIA CASH APP/ APPLE PAY/ VENMO/ CHIME.
LAST MINUTE/ SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS:
If you book an appointment for the same day or anytime after the 8pm cut off for the following day, there is a $25 squeeze in fee, depending on the service requested the price may vary.
NO EXTRA GUESTS:
Please do NOT arrive at your appt with anyone not being serviced. Extra children/ guests not discussed before arrival will result In IMMEDIATE cancellation, service deposit will be void and you will be banned from booking.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW:
No call no shows are automatically canceled, deposits are void and you will be banned from future bookings. No exceptions.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR ALL INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO READ THIS POLICY AND YOUR EMAIL WILL RESULT IN YOUR DEPOSIT BEING VOID AND APPOINTMENT CANCELLED.
RESCHEDULING:
If you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment you can do so through your original APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Changes can be made up to 12 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so PRIOR TO the cut-off time. If changes cannot be made via your appt confirmation, you will have to book separately for additional services.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:
Service Deposits are non-refundable.
Please read your ENTIRE confirmation email and
Follow booking instructions. Continuing to booking presumes you have read, accept and agree to all policy terms.
EATING/ DRINKING:
NO WHATSOEVER outside Food/ Drinks. I do have snacks/ drinks readily available for purchase.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (vape, pens..)
Please use the restroom prior to arrival. I will make an exception for children, elderly and those with health issues.
UNACOMPANIED MINORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, all minors must arrive and remain with a guardian or parental figure during the duration of the appointment. If you leave and are more than 10 minutes late to pick up your child, you will be banned from booking.
LOC EXTENSIONS:
Extensions can be purchased from me or a recommended supplier. I will not color extensions that aren’t quality made myself, guaranteed human hair or purchased from a recommended supplier.
I will repair any and all extensions free of charge 4-6weeks after installation as long as the style is maintained and all aftercare instructions are followed. I will not repair any damage to extensions that was not done by me such as; Improper maintnence to your hair yourself or any process that caused slippage (washing, any chemical changes such as dyeing/ bleaching/ detoxing or anything physical that resulted in damage to your locs, especially servicing your extensions by anyone other than myself.

Please be aware.
DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. TIME IN BETWEEN IS USED TO SANITIZE AND PREP.
There is a late fee of $1 dollar per minute past
your scheduled time.
After 10 minutes I will cancel/reschedule.

Rescheduled appointments can use the same deposit ONCE, If the appointment is rescheduled again, a separate deposit will need to be placed.
There is no rescheduling if I canceled your appointment due to a no-call, no-show, or you being late to your appointment without communicating prior to your scheduled time.
Security deposits are NON-Refundable, by selecting CONTINUE TO BOOKING you adhere, FULLY understand and agree to the terms stated above. Failure to read these terms will result in deposit forfeiture and appointment cancellation.
